For every year that we’ve conducted our Best Channel Vendor survey and asked about the good and bad of channel programs, the number one complaint/request from solutions providers is for more leads. It’s not surprising; who doesn’t want more leads? This trend prompted us to look into the situation in an attempt to learn more about the lead sharing programs many vendors and distributors offer. More specifically, we sought their opinions on what it takes to earn more leads and how well they feel the majority of their partners do with following up and closing the leads.
