Buffalo, NY-based POS reseller Systems Technology Group (STG) is no stranger to Business Solutions magazine. We’ve been staying in touch with owner Gary Kielich since STG first graced our pages back in 1999, just a few years after he and his brother and co-owner John launched the company. Today, as STG approaches its twentieth anniversary, it’s enjoying consistent double-digit growth, more than $6 million in annual sales, and an international customer base served by a staff of 38. We recently caught up with Kielich to find out what’s driving the continued success at STG. The conversation boiled down to three timely and pointed instructions for modern POS VARs.
