I recently came across an article written by Dave Sobel, the Director of Partner Community at Level Platforms. In his article, Sobel offers good advice to MSPs about one of the hottest trends happening in the channel today, which is directly related to the BYOD phenomena.  According to a recent Deloitte study, 82% of smartphone and tablet users are now using their personal devices for business, too. A recent Cisco partner study puts this number at 90%. The bottom line is that this is a huge opportunity for IT service providers to help their customers with the host of challenges that go along with managing a myriad of mobile devices.
