In the world of payment solutions, according to Beatta McInerney, business development manager for payments for ScanSource POS and Barcode Division, “You make money by helping build an omni-channel integrated payment solution for your customers who want to have an online presence equal to their in-store presence. You’re taking friction out of the payment process, so it’s similar to Amazon’s solution. You’re increasing sales for their merchants and, in turn, they’re getting a lot of stickiness with their customers.”
