A sampling of Business Solutions’ readership shares the good, the bad, and the ugly of vendor partner programs.
Last year we ran a survey in which we polled solutions providers to analyze their needs, wants, and overall attitudes toward the partner programs offered by their vendors. The results were compelling enough for us to take a closer look this year, adding some categories and questions to the survey. We were eager to see how well vendor partner programs address the needs of solutions providers. After all, the majority of vendors tout that their programs were made with the input of partners. Would the results of the survey prove that vendors are doing well or missing the mark?
