While the recent growth spurt at Amber Systems Technologies is brow raising, it comes as anything but a surprise to Suzanne Chen. Coming off 122 percent revenue growth in 2013, Chen, who serves as partner/controller at the company, projects another 165 percent growth for her company this year. She says her company, which is one part POS VAR and one part ISV (independent software vendor), has spent the past three years of its 10-year history taking strategic and calculated steps toward sustained (and significant) growth.
