I've written a lot lately about how easy it is to install some of the latest IP-based cameras coming to market. At ISC West, the security industry's largest show, I saw something that takes the concept of "easy" to a new level. Business Solutions' Publisher, Sue Bresee -- who has no IT background -- set up two Axis Communications cameras using Axis Camera Companion in a matter of minutes. Sure, the cameras were already mounted, and the Cat5 already pulled, but to get the cameras up and recording video was, well, check out the below video to see for yourself.
