- Brooke Ybarra, senior manager of merchant acquiring at First Annapolis Consulting presented “M&A Fundamentals For VARs and ISVs.” Ybarra routinely supports mergers and acquisitions engagements on both the buy and sell-side. First Annapolis partners with acquirers, software developers, VARs, financial sponsors, and banks on projects covering strategic planning, distribution strategies, and research initiatives.
- Silka Gonzalez, founder and president of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) discussed cybersecurity trends for the retail and hospitality verticals. ERM provides cyber security, computer forensics, and technical compliance services to 250+ recurrent clients in 17 different industries worldwide. Gonzalez has 30+ years of experience in cyber security.
