End Users Are Interested In Managed Services Too

We’ve written a lot about managed services in recent years and have strongly urged readers to adopt the model to build a healthy recurring revenue stream. As a part of that editorial, we’ve relied heavily on interviews with established MSPs who have experienced, first hand, the success we’re promoting. I realize that hearing about how great managed services are from people who are doing well could create some skeptics. While I don’t think anyone is against having more recurring revenue, you might want to hear more about the model from an MSP who isn’t already drinking the Kool-Aid. What if I told you that customers are warm to the idea of managed services as well?
