Zenprise Launches Zenprise Partner Network

With Forrester Research recently increasing its market size estimate for the Mobile Device Management (MDM) from $3.9B to $6.6B in 2015, it is clear the need for a secure, flexible and scalable MDM solution is growing exponentially. To help meet this demand, Zenprise, Inc. has launched the Zenprise Partner Network. Zenprise, a leading provider of mobile device management software, has designed this program to ensure its partners are best-in-class mobility and security solution providers.

The Zenprise Partner Network has been developed to help companies of any size mobilize and protect their enterprises. The partner network has been designed specifically to enable solution providers to provide companies proven MDM solutions-- Zenprise MobileManager and Zencloud-- that do more than just secure devices. Unlike other solutions currently available, Zenprise provides customers with a triple layer of security that operates at the device, application and network tiers; thereby providing a security solution that goes everywhere the data goes, securing every point in the enterprise's mobile environment.

"The BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) phenomena and the consumerization of IT are the real game changers—and opportunity-- in the mobile enterprise. As a result of these two trends, IT is facing an onslaught of requests to allow network and application access for their personal smartphones and tablets," said Ahmed Datoo, CMO for Zenprise. "We believe our ability to protect and enable the mobile enterprise opens up tremendous opportunities for VARs and resellers."

About the Zenprise Partner Network
The Zenprise Partner Network is a key component of Zenprise's global go-to-market strategy. With two levels of partnership-- Authorized and Premier—the Zenprise Partner Network is designed to provide all partners the opportunity to grow their businesses. All partners start at the Authorized level. As partners grow with Zenprise and achieve certain milestones, they can achieve Premier status. Premier level comes with additional support and compensation benefits including growth rebates and lead sharing.

"Zenprise's MobileManager and Zencloud are truly channel-ready offerings. Any organization with employees using corporate or employee owned smartphones or tablets is a potential customer," continued Datoo.

With the challenge of heterogeneous mobile device management being relatively new, it's been common for enterprises to pilot solutions with 50-200 devices. However, true protection of the mobile enterprise will require the ability to secure and manage every device touching the network. Today, Zenprise has a number of customers protecting more than 65,000 devices, and future customers are looking at as many as five million devices, making scalability a key factor in protecting the mobile enterprise.

About Zenprise MobileManager and Zencloud
Zenprise provides customers with the choice of either an on premise or cloud based version of its solution. Both Zenprise MobileManager (on-premise) and Zencloud (cloud)provide IT with the control and visibility needed to proactively manage and secure mobile devices, applications and corporate assets, while empowering mobile workers to be productive from anywhere at any time. To eliminate guesswork and save time for IT help desk teams, many processes are automated and managed over-the-air or on-device .This enables them to focus on meeting SLAs. Zenprise's solutions make it easier to track, support and secure iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Google Android, Windows Mobile and Symbian devices throughout the mobile lifecycle.

Unlike other offerings, Zenprise provides customers with a triple layer of security that operates at the device, application and network tiers; thereby providing a security solution that goes everywhere the data goes, securing every point in the enterprise's mobile environment. Zenprise Triple Defense is comprised of three components:

  • Dynamic Defense: provides contextually aware device security, automatically detecting potential threats and intelligently adjusting security settings to mitigate risk
  • App Tunnels: provide flexible application security that allows ITA to offer mobile users secure, encrypted access to specific business applications from their smartphone or tablet
  • Zenprise Secure Mobile Gateway: brings intelligent security to the network. Zenprise Secure Mobile Gateway automatically blocks users violating a whitelist or blacklist by quarantining their devices from the enterprise network
