Zebra Communications Signed For PR Launch On New Systec Video-Pods

Amax Inc., North American distributor for California-based Systec Corp., has signed Zebra Communications (Zebra) to handle the PR launch for the new Systec line of portable, pocket-size, digital video player-recorders – the first to operate exclusively with SD memory cards. The new ultra-lightweight, ultra-compact, hand-held V-Pods® (Video-Pods), without the excessive size and weight of hard-drive systems, are being released as one of the hottest new consumer electronics picks for the 2005 Holiday Season. Zebra has been retained to handle print and electronic PR.

Zebra specializes in high-tech PR, handling a broad spectrum of consumer and B to B products and companies. "Amax brought us on to introduce the Systec line of V-Pods because of our Competitive Strategy™ system, which allows us to build a stronger positioning and a better competitive edge for our clients," says Jim McMahon, President of Zebra Communications. "This approach has helped make Zebra the most published high-tech PR firm in America."

Zebra has just released a new hands-on, how-to print PR manual for high-tech companies, based on their Competitive Strategy techniques, titled High-Tech Print PR & Competitive Strategy – How to Get High-Volume PR in Publications that Out-Positions Your Competition and Drives in the Leads. "It is packed with our inside tips, tactics and strategies on exactly how we get so much exposure for our clients," says McMahon. Available direct from Zebra for $49.95.
