Every day, in my work helping clients get more out of their MSP marketing, there’s one common mistake that I see time and again — particularly when it comes to their cold outreach.
Far too often, people get overly concerned with the “structure” of cold outreach. “I’m picking up the phone to give this person a call at this particular time, and I need to say X, Y and Z as quickly as possible.” Or “In order to get someone to open my email, I need to very precisely choose every word in my subject line, I need to have these three elements in the body...” and so on and so forth.
