THE CHALLENGE
Western Suffolk BOCES was standardized on a competitive vendor's printing products, including color inkjet printers that were impractical for the education environment.WhileWestern Suffolk BOCES was not actively displeased with its current print operation, they were not aware of the amount ofmoney they were wasting on consumables for the color inkjet printers. Further, the customer was unable to fulfill educator requests for in-classroom color, which teachers believed would improve reader retention levels.
