You don't need statistics to see that self-service kiosks are rapidly spreading to nearly every facet of our lives. The healthcare facility was experiencing several problems related to accuracy and timeliness of data collection. The facility was using paper forms to collect patient information. Specifically, nurse's aides were required to complete a large amount of paperwork for Medicare and Medicaid funding.
