TransAct Technologies, Incorporated, a global leader in market-specific printers for transaction based industries will demonstrate a number of their highly robust printers at the upcoming Scan Scource, IMPACT NOW Conference and Trade Show taking place November 10 – 11, 2008 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida.
Located in Booth # P26, TransAct will display their Ithaca 280 thermal printer which easily integrates into existing POS systems and is designed to meet the needs of challenging POS environments. In addition, the Ithaca 8000 dual-purpose printer will also be on display. This printer allows receipts to be printed on standard thermal paper or linerless label stock - a productive feature which will help to streamline operations for quick serve, fast casual and take-out restaurants.
TransAct will also display their high-speed printers for banking and self-serve kiosk applications. The BANKjet 2500 is the most recent addition to TransAct's banking industry printer solutions and features simple drop-in paper loading and wide cut-thru validation. The BANKjet 2500 is an extremely affordable and compatible replacement for existing teller station printers.
TransAct's Epic 430 kiosk printer, is designed specifically for self-service, kiosk applications and features a small modular design that can be easily configured to fit any space.
