Tigerpaw Software is continuing its momentum from 2014 — its best year in the company’s 32-year history in terms of profits and revenues — with new integrations, product enhancements, and new products in 2015.

At the end of January, Tigerpaw announced integration with Servoyant’s remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform. With the integration, solutions providers can view service orders based on Servoyant alerts, poll assets, bill for open tickets, and close notifications. The integration also allows solutions providers to use Tigerpaw’s automated billing and payment-processing functionality for managed service agreements for assets monitored in Servoyant. Among Tigerpaw’s integrations with RMM platforms, Servoyant was the first to integrate using Tigerpaw’s updated Web Services API.

Tigerpaw president James Foxall explained the new API (application program interface), makes it easier for companies — like Servoyant and others soon to be announced — to integrate their platforms with Tigerpaw. “I’ve been on both sides of that,” says Foxall. “It’s all about user experience.”

Enhancements to the new version of Tigerpaw Mobile are also driven by the company’s goal of wanting to create the best user experience. Foxall says Tigerpaw’s customer advisor council provided feedback that resulted in a product with faster load and response times, a redesigned user interface, and an enhanced menu. The new version includes CRM (customer relationship management), allowing sale reps to have access to accounts and contacts from any location. In addition, users familiar with the field services features will notice enhancements related to standardization, service order timers, tasks, time entry, service order entry and editing and list views.

Tigerpaw is also planning the release of new products and features. The company has just entered beta with a desktop application that will benefit larger clients by allowing for billing for work across multiple locations. In addition, Tigerpaw is planning the release of an integrated custom analytics and reporting tool — which the company refers to as the “Matrix”— that allows users to select the data they want to use and build reports that will be meaningful to their companies in decision making. Foxall reports the company will release its new cloud solution this summer, and the Tigerpaw’s partner conference comes home this year to Omaha, NE, October 28-30.
