After getting a sneak peek at what Tigerpaw had done with the overhauled version of its signature platform at CompTIA Breakaway in August, I am excited to see the full overview from this software vendor as the curtain goes up on Version 11 at the Tigerpaw User Conference in Dallas this week. President of Tigerpaw, James Foxall, was clearly excited about the new platform then, (Click here to listen to what James had to say), and today, he shared the new software with about 300 of the company's partners during its first user summit.

Among the highlights of the new version are:

  • New User Interface
  • Simplified Filtering and Mining Data Lists
  • More Efficient Management of Service Tickets
  • Improved Workflow Engine
  • Overhauled Dashboards
  • Create and Bill for MSP Agreements
  • Email Analytics Engine
  • Security Enhancements

I'll be sitting down with James at an upcoming event to learn more about the new version 11 and to hear about other news from the partner event. Until then, you can read the full release here.
