Recently, at the National Retail Federation’s 105th Annual Convention and Expo, Epson America, Inc., a leading supplier of value-added Point of Sale (POS) solutions, announced that Teamwork Retail, an enterprise POS and retail management solutions provider, has selected Epson’s TM-m30 POS receipt printer to offer its retail customers a complete cloud-based omni-channel experience with all the essential components needed to improve operational efficiency. Available from Teamwork Retail today, the company will be demonstrating Epson’s integration with its software at NRF, January 15- 17 at the Javits Convention Center, NYC, Epson booth # 3343 and Teamwork Retail booth # 643.
Teamwork Retail allows retailers to engage with customers on all channels, combining both e-commerce and brick-and-mortar locations. For example, a customer can buy a gift card in the store and use it online, buy a product online and pick it up at the store, and earn loyalty points regardless of where the purchase is made. When a product is sold online, the system instantly tells the store to set it aside for fulfillment. This ‘omni-channel’ approach supports all of these activities on a single platform, allowing employees to view and print data with the Epson printers pertaining to customer purchases, loyalty rewards and other data to provide personalized service from their mobile devices seamlessly from any sales point. Teamwork Retail has previously certified Epson’s Mobilink P20 and Mobilink P80 and TM-T88V receipt printers and is planning to certify the new Epson OmniLink TM-T88VI in the near future.
