SYNNEX is introducing the HP EliteBook Folio 1040, described as a business Ultrabook. Bob Stegner, senior VP of Marketing, North America, SYNNEX, highlights the differences between rugged and consumer devices and how VARs can overcome customer objections to selecting rugged computers.

Stegner: Major differences are craftsmanship and testing and certification.
