Star Micronics Releases Universal Mini MEnclosure, A Future-Proof Tablet Enclosure

This versatile tablet enclosure is designed to accommodate multiple sizes and types of devices, making it an ideal solution for POS systems, retail digital displays, kiosk stands, meeting room time management, and more.
With expanding arms and VESA mounting, the Universal Mini mEnclosure easily and securely holds devices ranging in size from 136(W) x 121(H) x 8(D) mm to 216(W) x 165(H) x 8(D) mm including Android, iOS, and Windows tablets. The enclosure is also designed to work with all industry stands and mounts using 75mm/100mm VESA mounting, as well as the Star-exclusive line of versatile mUnite tablet stands.
It’s a future-proof solution that eliminates the need to purchase a new enclosure every time a new device is acquired.
Just like the original Universal mEnclosure, the Mini features locking arms and a single-key design to ensure the tablet is secure and prevents theft. The tablet can be mounted horizontally or vertically, and when paired with a mUnite stand, the cashier can easily flip the tablet for customer use. The enclosure’s glossy black or clean white finishes add a professional touch to match existing POS systems, while a smooth felt layer helps prevent the back of the tablet from being scratched.
