Shift4 Payments Acquires CurvePay, Adding Millions Of Transactions To Shift4 Payments Platform

Shift4 Payments recently announced that the company has completed the acquisition of IRN Payment Systems d/b/a CurvePay, an independent sales organization (ISO) that has been in the payments industry for nearly three decades. CurvePay’s technology provides credit card processing services for tens of thousands of taxis across the U.S. and will add millions of annual transactions to the Shift4 Payments secure payment platform. CurvePay’s technology and operations will be absorbed into Harbortouch, one of Shift4 Payments’ several point-of-sale (POS) brands.

This announcement follows Shift4’s recent acquisitions of industry-leading POS companies Restaurant Manager, POSitouch, and Future POS, which joined Harbortouch in the Shift4 Payments family of solution offerings. Shift4 Payments now processes over one billion transactions annually for nearly 200,000 customers across a wide range of industries, representing over $100B in payments each year.
