RSPA Releases 2012 Certification Applications & Announces Premier Certification Status

The Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) has released the 2012 application for RSPA Certification. The RSPA Certification program was launched in July, 2009 and continues to grow and gain recognition in the marketplace including endorsements from other end-user organizations such as the National Restaurant Association.

RSPA's Certification program is designed to elevate the professionals in the Retail Technology industry and to bring real value back to their businesses. "Every RSPA member should strive to be Retail Industry Certified," said Joseph Finizio, RSPA President & CEO. "It provides recognition for those companies who deliver a high level of professional service and support and differentiates them in a crowded marketplace. Anyone can sell POS - Don't be anyone."

In keeping with RSPA's goal to elevate professionalism in the retail industry, RSPA is also now offering a Premier level of certification for value-added resellers. "To achieve Premier Certification status a percentage of a company's sales and support staff must complete RSPA's Specialist programs," explained Lauren Stark, RSPA Education Manager.
