RSPA is hosting a sales training course for its members with Kendra Lee of the KLA Group. The course was createdin response to the huge demand following Lee’s two sales training breakout sessions at RetailNOW 2015 last month.
“The Sales Prospecting for Profits” course has been tailored specifically for Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) member needs, with RSPA providing input.
The course will be provided in 10 one-hour, weekly Web-based training sessions, which will include homework assignments, individual coaching, and learning tools for those who would like to learn how to confidently prospect and generate leads.
The course will also include three different sales manager briefings with Lee, nine manager implementation guides, nine reinforcement videos after the completion of the class, and a multitude of e-tools, examples, guides, and other related resources available at students’ disposal.
The program is designed to be delivered in three parts:
- Sales Rep Sessions. One-hour live and recorded virtual training sessions facilitated by Kendra Lee
- Sales Manager Briefings. Three one-hour group briefings for participating managers and sales representatives
- Reinforcement Videocasts. Designed to reinforce prospecting techniques for up to two months via reinforcement video series
The course is set to begin Oct. 6 with special RSPA member pricing of $500 per participant —This is a 48 percent discount off the regular $997 fee.
