This video is the introduction of the presentation by industry guru Greg Buzek at RetailNOW 2010. His talk was titled "Retail Market Overview," and this short clip is essentially an overview of his overview. It's a high-level overview of what we've seen in the retail industry and what's around the corner. The video quality isn't the best – we were in the back of a near-packed room – but what Buzek's saying is important to anyone in the retail IT channel.
