What changes in customer demands/ expectations have you seen over the past one to two years?
They have become more agreeable to adopting cloud and as-a-Service offerings, largely due to the realization that they can save money on capital purchases, while doing more with operational funds. Increased protection and security are also attractive possibilities. As-a- Service offerings provide a competitive advantage by ensuring uptime. The customer can sleep easier at night knowing their business is running smoothly and they are prepared for just about any disaster.
