Qpay Announces Name Change To InComm Agent Solutions

Qpay, a wholly owned subsidiary of InComm that specializes in customizable payment and technology solutions for the dealer/agent channel, announced recently it will operate under the name InComm Agent Solutions (IAS).

InComm, an Atlanta-based leading provider of integrated technology solutions to retailers at point-of-sale (POS), acquired Qpay in April 2010. Qpay was launched commercially in 2002 and quickly became a payment processor of choice for an ever-expanding roster of dealers, master agents and wireless carriers.

For dealers and agents, the re-branded IAS platform offers a single solution that manages a variety of needs, including traffic, inventory, transactions and payment processing. Wireless carriers also will benefit from the platform’s robust reporting capabilities, providing them with important information on how and where their products are selling.

“The IAS name change is reflective of InComm’s larger strategy, which is built on innovation and focused on improving the prepaid and payments landscape,” said Jeff Kiedrowski, Senior Vice President and General Manager, InComm. “InComm Agent Solutions will reshape the way this channel operates by continuing to expand our products, services and technology offerings and providing innovative solutions that reap big benefits for the entire dealer ecosystem. This will make it easier for partners to get their products to market while also making it easier for merchants to sell those products and provide consumers a more streamlined shopping experience.”
