Preh Announces Their New MCI 3000 Series Keyboards

Preh Electronics has announced their new MCI 3000 series keyboards. The MCI 3000 series is fully programmable and supports USB and PS/2 interfaces. The compact and ergonomic design allows intuitive use of all offered peripherals. Basic models come in black with a 3-track MSR and integrated Touchpad on request. They have 23 additional free relegendable 1x1 keys equipped for your special requests. The design allows 2-color versions and easy implementation of your logo Firmware-Upgrades can be done remotely via keyboard interface.

Basic keyboard data (S/N, firmware version, date of manufacturing, etc.) are stored in the keyboard and can be read out via diagnostics software.

Currently available options (min. order requirements and prices on request):

  • Integrated 5-position keylock with 3 Keys
  • Integrated ISO Smartcard reader with landing contacts
An integrated 'electrical field' finger print module will be available in Q2/2006.
