POSDATA To Distribute Apollo Terminal Solution From Equinox Payments

Powerful EMV-certified terminal supports Retail, Restaurant and Lodging segments

Equinox Payments (“Equinox”), a leading provider of payment terminals, applications and support services, recently announced that POSDATA, a long time distributor of Equinox solutions for the retail market, has expanded its offering to include Equinox’s Apollo terminal targeted at the financial reseller market.

The Apollo AIO terminal is an all-in-one countertop device that supports magnetic stripe, EMV and contactless payments. An integrated PIN pad, printer and full-color signature capture touchscreen display eliminate the need for extra peripherals and cables. It meets the latest PCI security standards and supports a choice of point-to-point encryption technologies to protect cardholder data.

The Apollo terminal runs the Voyager application from Equinox, an all-in-one payment application that supports features for retail, restaurant, lodging and cash-advance environments. The solution is the only EMV-certified terminal on the market today to support the unique needs of lodging merchants.
