OS33 To Demonstrate Cloud-Based Webtops At CompTIA Breakaway 2011

OS33, an IT-as-a-Service Delivery Platform for MSPs, recently announced that it be showcasing the latest release of the OS33 platform, including its newest cloud-based Webtop features, to attendees of CompTIA Breakaway 2011, the premier education event for the IT channel, in Booth No. 723 at the Washington Hilton in Washington DC August 1-4.

This will be the first public viewing of the OS33 Platform since its latest product release in early June of 2011, and will be targeted towards managed service providers looking to leverage OS33 technology to deliver Webtops and IT-as-a-Service to SMB and enterprise.

The OS33 Webtop is an innovative web-based desktop, providing unified access to companies' cloud-based IT assets including data, email, apps, PSA tools and more, from a single interface. With OS33 Webtop, end-users can access all of their key IT assets, run applications, send emails, and do enterprise level work from any connected device, anywhere in the world. The latest update to the OS33 Platform adds additional capabilities to the already robust OS33 Webtop, with features including an enhanced Cloud File Manager, which provides instant access to hosted corporate file systems; Cloud Printers, an exciting new feature which provides the ability to access and print to any corporate network printer from any web browser on any device; embeddable SharePoint pages and Web Parts, allowing end-users to easily access their SharePoint resources from one interface, and enhanced mobility with a new XenApp Plugin Install, ensuring compatibility with the latest version of browsers, operating systems and mobile devices.

OS33 will also be announcing an exclusive one-time "show special" of "significant value" only available to registered event attendees. Details will be unveiled at the show at the OS33 booth.

"We are excited to participate in this year's Technology Vendor Fair at CompTIA showcasing our fully hosted IT automation platform and OS33 Webtop," said Paul Angelides, Director of Marketing. "CompTIA is an ideal venue for developing business relationships with new channel partners as we share our latest product offering to an audience of MSPs who can better service their clients with our cloud-based solution. The OS33 booth is a not-to-be-missed exhibit and we look forward to meeting all of those in attendance."

CompTIA Breakaway engages attendees in discussions on the latest technology business opportunities, industry educational topics and collaborative community sessions. The 2011 conference covers a number of beneficial channel themes including healthcare IT, unified communications, cloud computing and managed print services in addition to traditional technology and business topics.
