Case Study: Online Ordering Integration: Snooze Junction Pizzeria

Source: Dinerware, Inc.

Snoose Junction Pizzeria needed an online ordering system that integrated with Dinerware, their existing restaurant point of sale system. Dinerware was originally selected because of its reliability, stability and easy core functionality, and its flexibility to enable third party integrations. The online ordering service which Snoose Junction later added, DishCloud, enables customers to place their restaurant order online directly from the pizzeria's website.

Established January 2007 and founded in Seattle, Washington, Snoose Junction Pizzeria delivers a superior product and service with fresh and local menu ingredients. They offer dine-in, carry-out and delivery service for their customers. Its two locations offer approximately 125 seats total, and together, both restaurants have 7 Dinerware POS terminals.

A core company value is to be ‘green' by finding ways to minimize its environmental footprint. This includes reducing the use of paper goods whenever possible, such as takeout menus, and using only 100% compostable packaging. The restaurant also delivers all its food orders via bicycles and with the occasional use of biodiesel vehicles. Online ordering and Dinerware POS are natural extensions of Snoose's value to be ‘green.'
