Numara Software, Inc., one of the leader in service desk management solutions for IT professionals, recently announced that it is expanding its presence in the Latin American market by signing a distribution agreement with Network1, Brazil's one of the largest complete telecommunications solutions distributor. Network1 will market, resell and support Numara Software's entire line of service desk and help desk solutions, including its two flagship products, Numara FootPrints and Numara Track-It.
Numara Software's IT service desk solutions offer companies robust, affordable and easy-to-use products to identify, audit and track technology inventory and manage support requests with greater efficiency. These products complement Network1's current networking and telecommunications offerings for contact centers, allowing it to present its customers with a more comprehensive end-to-end IT solution. By partnering with Numara Software, Network1 is adding an essential software component to its established portfolio, which includes products from other premier suppliers such as 3Com, Avaya and Juniper.
