North Country Business Products, Nation's Largest NCR Retail Reseller, Expands Into Chicago Metro Area
NCR Corporation and North Country Business Products, Inc. (NCBP), the largest NCR retail reseller in the United States, have announced that NCBP is expanding its Illinois territory into the Chicago metro area to serve grocers and other retailers with NCR retail technology solutions.
NCR and NCBP also announced they are inviting NCR users and other retailers from Chicago and nearby cities to a joint reception and technology fair featuring demonstrations of NCR's industry-leading solutions for the food industry. The event is scheduled for June 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Maggianos, 240 Oakbrook Center, Oak Brook, Ill.
Established in 1948, NCBP is 100 percent employee owned with 15 locations in 11 states. The company's expansion follows its acquisition of the grocery point-of-sale (POS) division of Chicago-based Merchants Solutions.
