Integrated PTO Tracking and Accrual Feature Delivers Intuitive, One-Stop System for Managing Employee PTO balances

Nimble Software Systems, Inc. recently in conjunction with the HR Tech Conference, announced it has integrated PTO (Paid Time Off) tracking and accrual functionality into its NimbleSchedule scheduling and time tracking application. The new feature provides an intuitive, one-stop shop for HR managers to manage employee PTO balances, freeing up time and increasing productivity. The HR Tech Conference is taking place at McCormick Place, Chicago, ILL, from October 4 – 7.

NimbleSchedule provides clear, concise PTO balance reports for both employers and employees through Nimble’s web-based and mobile applications. It handles PTO requests and approvals digitally, then tracks and displays them in the application and payroll reports. HR managers can create custom time-off policies that accrue automatically and view them on their NimbleSchedule calendars.
