They can view imaged records, upload their own documents, such as emails, faxes, excel spreadsheets, digital photos etc., and track existing paper-based records, such as boxes stored offsite. FileBound also monitors and automatically tracks who accessed what records when, allowing for greater accountability and ensuring document security and privacy.
