New Autotask Tool Helps Improve Sales Process

Autotask now provides IT solutions providers with guidance and insight into their sales processes. The Opportunity Assessment/Sales Process tool, part of Autotask’s business management solution, provides a structured approach to the sales process, visibility into the sales cycle, and intelligence to guide data-driven decisions.
Jake Carroll, VP of strategic account sales at Autotask points out, “A lot of IT solutions provders are extremely well suited with technical backgrounds, but not with understanding of sales methodology. Now it’s built into a tool they already use.”
The Opportunity Assessment feature provides guidance on where additional sales, marketing, or technical focus may be needed, and the Assessment tab provides insight so managers can coach or provide resources targeted for the sales opportunity. The Sales Process feature standardizes the process sales reps follow.
