MSP Services Network (MSPSN), the industry's leading provider of managed service support infrastructure, announced recently that its acquisition by High Street Technology Ventures is complete. Under terms of the agreement, Gerard Kane becomes CEO of the organization and Amy Luby, founder of MSPSN, has been appointed to the board of directors. Kane will manage the daily operations of MSPSN, while Luby will be involved with the company's strategic planning.
With the acquisition complete, MSPSN will focus on enhancing the revenue growth of their partner network while introduce a number of new technology offerings and business improvement services. "MSPs need more than technology to maximize their growth and sustainability, they want business process support" says Kane. "While MSPSN will continue to expand the managed services tools available for partners to resell, our upcoming portfolio of business services will support their marketing, sales, and business operations efforts." In addition to the company's current managed services tools and Help Desk / NOC (Network Operations Center) support, upcoming offerings include:

The master MSP model allows for the creation of a managed services practice without a large investment. Companies such as MSPSN allow MSPs to select the exact number of seats of each tool they need, rather than the larger investment required when you purchase direct from the vendors. MSPSN will continue to enhance those offerings, as well as provide help desk support, which gives partners the flexibility to expand services without adding employees or overextending themselves.
