MSP Provides BDR Service To The Salvation Army

Problem

For more than 130 years, the Salvation Army has supported those in need. Each year in the U.S., the organization assists nearly 30 million Americans, providing food, clothing, shelter, disaster relief, assistance for the disabled, outreach to the elderly, and opportunities for underprivileged children.

Wally Lang, GM of Hipskind Technology Solutions Group, says, “As a trusted advisor to The Salvation Army, we suggested they do more to ensure their data is properly protected.” He explains their backups could not be completed in their backup window, and they had limited disaster recovery (DR) capabilities.
