Founded in 1987, Liberty Information Management Solutions (Liberty IMS) is a leading, channel-friendly software provider for the document management industry. The company’s flagship product, LibertyNET, is a feature-rich platform that allows solution providers to easily create custom applications — without requiring programming. LibertyNET meets a wide variety of needs including document imaging, electronic document management, records management, process automation, workflow, digital asset management, COLD (computer output to laser disk)/ERM (enterprise relationship management), e-forms, e-mail management, collaboration and EDMS (electronic document management system)-enabling, line-of-business applications. Solutions are created using the LibertyNET Application Builder (LAB), a straight-forward tool that allows an individual with the skill set of a network administrator to design, deploy, maintain, Web enable, and extend the capabilities of the LibertyNET software solution. Liberty IMS also offers an entry-level solution, DigitalCabiNET.
