Installed on every Intel AppUp Small Business Service server, Level Platforms Managed Workplace helps service providers lower costs, increase revenue and improve customer response time

Level Platforms, a global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions for managed service providers (MSPs), recently announced that its Managed Workplace RMM platform is now pre-installed on the Intel Hybrid Cloud platform and included in the Intel AppUp Small Business Service.

Running on the Intel Hybrid Cloud platform, Intel AppUp Small Business Service enables Intel service providers to offer customers the advantages of cloud computing, but with applications running locally and data saved securely on their own premises. With Level Platforms Managed Workplace, Intel service providers can remotely manage all IP-based technologies throughout their end-customers' networks, address and remediate any issues, and improve uptime. This results in lower services costs, recurring revenues, and faster, proactive response to customer issues.

"Intel AppUp Small Business Service's pay-as-you-go subscription model offers significant value to Service Providers and their small business customers. Intel is increasing this value substantially by providing a managed services dashboard from Level Platforms as well as full access to the Level Platforms MSP Partner Program," said Bridget Karlin, General Manager, Intel Hybrid Cloud. "The goal is to provide Service Providers with a cost-effective and flexible solution to deliver small business customers a better user experience. Level Platforms' RMM and Network Audits help service providers attract new customers and discover customer issues that can turn into new services business."

Intel AppUp Small Business Service customers will be able to leverage the full functionality of Managed Workplace through the Intel AppUp Small Business Service RMM Service Center dashboard across their entire customer network at no cost for 30 days. This includes detailed asset discovery and management, remote monitoring, alerting, remote control and remediation, automation, reporting, warranty status, patch management and Network Audits, used by many MSPs to engage prospective clients and discover customer issues in need of attention.

Following the initial 30-day period, Intel service providers can monitor and manage the Intel Hybrid Cloud platform and include up to four virtual machines with Intel AppUp Small Business Service-installed applications for 11 additional months at no charge. Alternatively, Intel service providers can monitor and manage their entire end-customer site by subscribing to Managed Workplace on a monthly basis through the Intel AppUp Small Business catalog.

"Remote monitoring and management is a core component of any successful managed services offering. By bundling our Remote Monitoring and Management bundled with Intel AppUp Small Business Service, Intel service providers can now take advantage of the benefits of our industry-leading managed services platform and the award winning Level Platforms Partner Program," says Peter Sandiford, CEO of Level Platforms.
