Level Platforms Announces Certification Program For Managed Services Providers
LPI Level Platforms Inc., a global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) software for solution and managed service providers (MSPs), has launched a certification program for its MSP Partners. Through the program, Partners have the ability to become Level Tech Certified and earn a formal designation that will demonstrate to their customers that they have achieved expert proficiency in the use of the award-winning Managed Workplace RMM platform.
The LevelTech certification program consists of a series of video courses, available online and on demand, and concludes with a 90-minute online exam. These courses cover all the major competencies required for expert use of the full capability of Managed Workplace including: installation and set-up, reporting, patch management, task management, alerting and problem remediation. Level Tech Certification is free for technicians of Level Platforms Partners.
