Kaspersky's Channel Momentum Continues With New North American Channel Sales Leader

One month ago Nancy Reynolds joined Kaspersky Lab Americas as Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales. At that time she made a commitment to continue building upon Kaspersky's momentum by creating a robust channel sales ecosystem and hiring the right talent to drive it forward. Acting on that commitment, Kaspersky Lab, a leading developer of Internet threat management solutions that protect against all forms of malicious software recently announces the appointment of Internet software veteran, Kristen Capone, as vice president, North American channel sales.

As Vice President, North American Channel Sales, Kristen Capone is responsible for overseeing and directing Kaspersky Lab's award-winning Green Team Partner Program in the U.S. and Canada. In this role, Kristen will manage all sales activity for all North American resellers and distributors. The Green Team has been built on Kaspersky's unwavering 100% commitment to delivering its security solutions exclusively through the value-added channel. And the Green Team is all about driving leads and sales opportunities, providing financing options, and sharing in-depth sales and technical training, outstanding pre- and post-sales support and other all the resources necessary to help Kaspersky partners grow their businesses.

Having built her career in the Internet software industry, Kristen brings her own 100% channel focus to Kaspersky Lab Americas. Kristen gained her channel sales footing during her tenure at Macromedia, directing the company's North American channel sales efforts. In this position she led the U.S. and Canadian Tier 1 and Tier 2 Channel Team. Before joining Kaspersky Lab, Kristen served as the Vice President of Business Development at Barlo Vision where she led the go-to-market channel strategy for a new technology division of the company.
