Kaseya Announces New Certification Program For IT Automation Management
Kaseya, the leading global provider of automated IT systems management software, recently announced their new certification program for all managed service providers and enterprise customers. Kaseya, in partnership with Florida International University Professor Dr. Masoud Sadjadi developed a comprehensive certification program to enable customers to become Kaseya Certified Engineers. The Kaseya Certification Program is a formal process in which to gain levels of proficiency in the knowledge and practice of the Kaseya platform. With the Kaseya certificate, the certification holder's company of employment is immediately eligible for priority support.
"I'm already a very experienced Kaseya administrator, however, I learned some of the right ways to do things that I've been hacking my way through in the past," stated Simon Burbidge, Leap Consulting. "I will definitely recommend it to my colleagues who are learning Kaseya, and it's still very useful to experienced administrators too. I found it well produced and interesting with very helpful support along the way."
The Kaseya Certification Program includes core functionality and usage of Kaseya including agent deployment, agent procedures, audit and inventory, information center, live connect, monitoring, patch management, remote control, system set-up and ticketing. Designed in conjunction with Dr. Sadjadi and the IT Scholars company, the Kaseya Certification Program offers virtual training in a four-step reinforcement learning process that allows trainees to:
- Be exposed to important functionalities via streaming videos
- Get involved with interactive simulated videos
- Practice the concepts in virtual environments
- Gain mastery of the concepts with book chapters and self–assessment quizzes
- Mentoring in one-on-one orientation sessions available
"Successfully going through the rigors of the certification course work and exam demonstrates a higher level of comprehension to operate and administer the Kaseya product offering," said Tim McMullen, COO, Kaseya. "We're offering a return for the investment by granting a higher level of support immediately for the company of the certificate holder."
"Even though I have been using Kaseya for quite some time, I learned quite a bit, and was very impressed with the chapter and test questions as well as the lab environment for the course," said Justin Tison, Sikich LLP. "This test will be a perfect learning track for those just starting out with Kaseya for their managed services offering, or for people like me that are "seasoned" professional users that need to keep their skills at a high level to be of service to their clients."
