Jenne University Named an Enterprise Certified Avaya Learning Partner

First workshop on IP Telephony design scheduled for December

Jenne University is pleased to announce it has been named an Enterprise-certified Avaya Learning Partner and will hold its first workshop on enterprise IP Telephony in December. Jenne is the first North American distributor authorized to provide an Avaya enterprise communications curriculum.

The workshop, called Avaya Pillar-IP Telephony Design, is a four-day, hands-on course focusing on design support of Avaya converged network solutions (ENT) for Avaya Channel Partners and Avaya Pre-sales associates.

During the workshop, participants will use customer scenarios to design solutions that satisfy customer requirements for server-controlled networks. Lab exercises will allow participants to work with various servers, gateways and test features to apply the topics discussed. Students will compare and contrast Avaya solutions with the primary competitors, and be able to cite features, benefits, and technical specifications. Design exercises will include use of the Avaya Solution Designer (ASD) tool to configure the solutions to previous lab exercises.

All students will prepare for and complete the AVA00956AEN course assessment to be administered on the last day.
