No matter where you fall on the political spectrum, I recommend watching The War Room. It’s a behind-the-scenes documentary that follows James Carville and George Stephanopoulos, the masterminds behind Bill Clinton’s 1992 unseating of incumbent President George H.W. Bush. This documentary made famous Carville’s “it’s the economy, stupid” mantra, boiling the Clinton camp’s strategy down to its simplest message.
