Ingram Micro Expands Award-Winning Financial Services Business; Speeds Sales Cycle For Channel Partners

New Device-as-a-Subscription Finance Offering Reduces Purchase Price and Provides Greater End-of-Term Flexibility for Channel Partners and Customers #ChannelCon16

Ingram Micro Inc. recently announced a flexible device-as-a-subscription offering for channel partners focused on selling managed IT services and solutions. Exclusive to the U.S., the new “Rent IT vs Buy IT” program will make it easier and more affordable for businesses of all sizes to acquire the notebooks, desktops and tablets needed to achieve their business goals.

Available next month, Ingram Micro’s device-as-a-subscription offering uses end-of-term residuals to lower monthly payments and create more ongoing refresh opportunities for channel partners and their customers. The program is anticipated to deliver up to a 20 percent cost savings over a two-year term, with options for extended terms.
