Hyland Software Forms Value Added Reseller Relationship With Boeing Subsidiary CDG

Continental DataGraphics (CDG), a subsidiary of The Boeing Company [NYSE:BA], today announced that it has formed a value added reseller relationship with Hyland Software, Inc., developer of the OnBase® enterprise content management (ECM) software suite. CDG provides scanning, software applications, system integration services and secure data hosting solutions to its customers in multiple industries. Under the terms of this agreement with Hyland, CDG will now be able to offer OnBase as an option to its customers seeking an electronic document management system solution.

"In order to better support our customers, CDG sought to expand its portfolio of software offerings to complement and accompany our document scanning, system integration and data hosting capabilities," said Michel Zala, VP of Sales and Marketing for CDG. "We were pleased to be able to form this partnership with Hyland, as we clearly recognize the strong and proven reputation of the OnBase application in many of the industries served by CDG."

The newly formed VAR alliance relationship with Hyland will enable CDG to offer its scanning, conversion and indexing services combined with OnBase as a comprehensive ECM software solution. These services can be combined as needed with system integration services to facilitate access to any data in legacy systems. CDG can also provide secure, remote hosting of applications and databases if required.

Bill Priemer, Hyland's Vice President of Sales and Marketing, commented, "We look forward to working closely with CDG in this new VAR alliance relationship. Because of their presence in aerospace and trucking, as well as many other industries, we felt they were a solid partner to help introduce the OnBase solution to multiple market segments."
