Honeywell Reps Demonstrate Healthcare Applications

At the Smart VAR Healthcare Summit held on May 6 in New Brunswick, NJ, Honeywell Scanning and Mobility representatives discuss some of the healthcare applications of their product lines. In this video, Dave McLaughlin demonstrates Honeywell’s printer and labeling applications for healthcare. In addition, Ric Huck, who also presented the topic in a breakout session at the summit, discusses mobile bedside meds administration. He shows a total mobile solution — using an iPhone with a Captuvo sled with integrated bar code scanning —  and a WOW (workstation on wheels) that provides hands-free scanning while the healthcare worker can monitor information on a screen and integrated bar code printing capability.
