Harry Tu, CEO, Aldelo Systems Inc.

OpEd, April 2006

1. In the press release about your merger with NextPOS, it is stated that you plan to expand customer service to 7 days per week. Have you done this? If not, when?

Yes.  Since December 1, 2005, we have provided 7 Days per week technical support service from 6 AM - 8 PM PST Monday - Friday, and 9 AM- 6 PM PST Saturday and Sundays.  This increase in customer service has resulted in greater customer satisfaction and more rapid responses by our staff.  Our next goal in enhancing customer service is to also extend the weekend hours from 9 AM - 6 PM PST to 6 AM - 8 PM PST as well sometime in 2006.  We are providing these extended services at no additional cost to our support contract holders and customers within their free support period.

2) Also in the press release it states you planned many new solutions to be released in the first quarter of 2006. Aside from Aldelo For Restaurants version 3.0, did you release any others? What types of products are being planned now?

On January 1, 2006, in addition to Aldelo For Restaurants 3.0, we also released the following:

            A) Aldelo For Restaurants Wireless - Mobile & wireless order entry via PocketPC devices.  In this release, we have completely revamped our wireless POS software's user interface, and also provided a Auto Connector utility that makes wireless connectivity to server a snap.

            B) Aldelo Fingerprint Server and Aldelo Advanced Fingerprint Server - This add on tool extends our core POS application by offering integrated fingerprint authentication for employees directly at POS.  The regular Fingerprint Server works with Digital  Persona 4000B readers, and is ideal for restaurants with up to 50 fingerprints.  Our advanced fingerprint server is an enterprise level engine that works with a variety of fingerprint readers and will work with hundreds of prints with same performance.

            C) Aldelo Kitchen Display Server - This server offers kitchen production control via integration with Logic Controls LM3000 and LS3000 kitchen hardware equipment.  This add on offers great kitchen display features for fast service operations at lowered entry cost.

            D) Aldelo Hotel Integrator - This server is a key tool for restaurants inside hotels that need room charge postings to hotel management system. In our integrator software, it works with Micros 4700 and Micros Opera platform.

Additionally, soon to be released tools currently under final stages of either beta testing or development are:

            A) Aldelo EDC - Offers fast internet based credit card processing.  This server was built on .NET technology, SQL Server and Web Services.  In the initial release, it will include merchant providers such as Payment Processing Inc and Mercury Pay.

            B) Aldelo Liquor Controller - This tool is ideal for bars that require a precise liquor accountability.  This software integrates with Berg Liquor Dispensing system to offer a seamless and secure total liquor control.  With our software, all liquor pours must be ordered thru POS, thus saving bars considerable amount of wastes.

            C) Aldelo Reporter - An extension to our our products to create custom reports.

            D) Aldelo Accounting Integrator - A tool that extends our core POS application by supporting the export of sales and time card data from POS to QuickBooks.

            E) Aldelo Payroll Integrator - A tool to export payroll data to PayChex and ADP.

3) Were there any unexpected glitches in transitioning the NextPOS software to Aldelo For Restaurants?

No.  Since the transition was built on the original 2.8 platform, our migration in term of product name and feature set were very smooth.  In fact, in our 3.0 version, we have added over 100 new features and enhancements.

4) Did you have to conduct any training for the NextPOS resellers regarding the switch?

No. We did not need to perform new training since the 2.8 and 3.0 products are very similar.  We are however, looking into offering some training seminars for our resellers in our upcoming 2006 User Conference.

5) You have eight different products listed on your Web site. Which one do you sell the most?

Our Aldelo For Restaurants Pro is our core product and it sells the most out of our product line.  Next in line is our Aldelo For Restaurants Wireless.

6) Any plans to expand outside of hospitality? (Why or why not?)

Yes, once our product line in hospitality industry solidifies, we will add additional industry sectors as well.  However, our focus will be to keep within the related industries so that our resellers will be able to generate additional revenue by offering such products to the industries they may be serving.

7) What's next for Aldelo?

Our roadmap is to complete all of the software products needed in the hospitality industry first, and designate a team of developers to continue to improve this product line.  Then we will focus on related industries when the time is right.  Our new R&D facility in Modesto CA is scheduled to open around May-June of 2006, at which time we will be adding additional programming staff for more projects currently under review.
