Graybar Will Distribute MRV Data Center, Enterprise And Telecom Products
MRV COMMUNICATIONS, INC., the provider of products and services for out-of-band networking, WDM and optical transport, metro Ethernet, fiber optic components, 10GE and other service aware networking products, recently announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Graybar to better serve its reseller and end user customers.
MRV chose Graybar due to its focus and expertise in the communications and data marketplace and in key vertical markets, including: service providers; healthcare; finance; state, local and federal government; and networking technology manufacturing. Graybar will provide the entire MRV product line to its North American client base. These products include MRV's LambdaDriver WDM systems, Fiber Driver media converters, Media Cross Connect ("MCC") physical layer testing devices, OptiSwitch ("OS") Metro Ethernet access switches and LX-Series console servers.

MRV's optical product lines include: LambdaDriver family of multi-functional, compact and modular wavelength division multiplexing ("WDM") systems that can create up to 80 independent virtual fiber optic links over a single pair of fibers over distances of up to 900 km.
