GN Netcom Expands Distribution Network With Ingram Micro

GN Netcom, the world leader in innovative headset solutions, recently announced that it has signed a value-added distribution agreement with Ingram Micro, the world's largest technology distributor and a leading technology sales, marketing and logistics company.

The partnership will increase GN Netcom's distribution throughout the IT industry by opening channels to more than 6,000 resellers in the Canadian Region. As a Distribution Partner, Ingram Micro will receive exclusive premium-level service and assistance that includes business, technical, sales and marketing support as well as online and technical training. This high level of access and support will provide Ingram Micro with additional tools to enhance current relationships with resellers and generate new business.

"Partnering with one of the leading and fastest growing suppliers of hands-free communication solutions will enable us to sell a wider range of telephony products," said Tim Billing, VP, Vendor Management, Ingram Micro Canada. "Jabra offers an award winning range of state-of-the-art technology and first-to-market with solutions. Ingram Micro is happy to collaborate with GN Netcom in order to provide the product resources that our reseller partners need to be successful in the marketplace."

"GN Netcom's Jabra Partner Program demonstrates our commitment to providing our partners with the best possible service, and we are excited that an industry leader like Ingram Micro has chosen to sign on as a Distribution Partner," said Phyllis McCullagh, president, GN Netcom North America. "Ingram Micro's relationships and demonstrated expertise in the wireless and corded headset industry will increase Jabra's exposure, and Ingram will benefit from the exceptional benefits and service we provide for our gold partners."

The Jabra Partner Program, launched in July 2008, delivers the knowledge and skills partners require to effectively and efficiently meet their customers' needs. The program has four levels – Gold, Silver, Bronze and Associate – so partners can customize their experience based on their particular circumstances. The Distributor Partnership provides priority access to all components of the program and is reserved for those partners whose extensive geographic scope and preexisting relationships with top communications vendors would benefit most from an investment in gaining expertise in Jabra's headset communication solutions.
